Izgra\u0111ena po\u010detkom 17. stolje\u0107a s karakteristi\u010dnim zvonikom dodatim po\u010detkom 18. stolje\u0107a, ova sveta gra\u0111evina predstavlja skladno kombiniranje stilskih osobina iz goti\u010dke umjetnosti, renesansnih ideala i ranobaroknih senzibiliteta. The church’s most striking feature is its lavish portal, crafted by the renowned workshop of the Bokani\u0107 family from the island of Bra\u010d. The Bokani\u0107 family workshop was celebrated throughout Dalmatia for their exceptional skill in stone carving and architectural decoration, and their work on St. Michael’s portal represents some of their finest artistic achievement. The portal showcases the sophisticated techniques and aesthetic sensibilities that made Bra\u010d stone carvers legendary throughout the Mediterranean, featuring intricate relief work, classical proportions, and decorative elements that demonstrate the workshop’s mastery of both traditional and contemporary artistic styles.<\/p>
