Hidden in the heart of an old Omiš courtyard, we are a family-run restaurant driven by a love for local ingredients and the flavors of our coast. Our inspiration comes from traditional Dalmatian cuisine: dishes once cooked in our grandmothers’ kitchens, now enriched with our own ideas and a modern touch.
Every day we prepare three different main dishes: one with meat, one with fresh fish or seafood, and one vegan. Our à la carte appetizer selection changes every month, following the seasons and the very best our local markets and small producers have to offer.
At Arsana, it’s not just the food — every glass tells a story. We offer indigenous Dalmatian wine varieties and wines from all three Omiš wineries, local craft beer, and refreshing local craft kombucha.
Opening Hours
• 1 PM – 5 PM — Arsana Bistro & Brunch: homemade sandwiches, small bites, and cooked dishes inspired by old recipes.
• from 5 PM — Arsana Experience: a multi-course dinner focused on traditional daily main dishes.
